Thierry and Deepu met each other as cohorts during their Executive MBA in London Business School. Both have more than 15 years experience in the corporate world. They have successfully worked together in projects in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Strategy in London Business School. They founded BRATT & CHELSEA with a goal to acquire, operate and grow an outstanding business.

Founder
Deepu is based in Los Angeles, CA. He has a background in Software Architecture, Delivery Management and Digital Transformation. He is originally from India. He is based in Los Angeles. He has 18+ years experience working in multiple industries in the UK, India and US. Deepu graduated Executive MBA from London Business School in 2022 with a specialization on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition.

Thierry is based in Dallas, Texas. He has a strong background in Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Audit roles with more than 15 years experience working in Germany and U.S.A. He has a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Liège, Belgium. Thierry graduated Executive MBA from London Business School in 2022 with a specialization on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. He is originally from Congo.

Gopa Kumar

Gopa Kumar began his career with the Federal Reserve in 1994 as an Applications Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2010. In 2016, Gopa was promoted to Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Kumar was the System Manager and Chief Architect at Providian Financial. Mr. Kumar holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute of Technology, India.
Mr. Kumar served in leadership roles on key Federal Reserve System workgroups, including the Technology Service Council. Mr. Kumar retired as a member of Federal Reserve Bank’s Executive Committee, governing body member of the San Francisco CIO Executive Summit, and as co-chair of the San Francisco CIO Mid-Market Executive Summit. Mr Kumar was on the Board of the United Way Bay Area (UWBA) and also served as a member of the Advisory Council.

Panos is a seasoned and diligent investment banking senior executive with over 20 years of international experience in Corporate Finance, ESG/Responsible Investing & Strategy, mostly focused in Mergers, Acquisitions, post M&A integration, PE/VC Direct Investments, ESG Investing, P3, and Project Finance.
He has transactional experience throughout a variety of funding structures, combined with significant hands-on operational know-how in the verticals of Circular Economy (Recycling & Waste Management), Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Technologies, Fin. Services, Fin/Clean/HealthTech, Mining, Infra, and Real Assets. He has worked closely with regulators and authorities globally as well as assisted institutional investors, investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, entrepreneurs, and family businesses to set and meet their goals.
He has been actively involved, executed, and managed more than 50 transactions exceeding USD $2BN in total. Panos is Founder and President of Chartered Associates Corp., a boutique corporate finance advisory firm in Toronto, Canada, with international presence. He is also an ESG practitioner, currently serves as the Subject Matter Expert lecturer and Course Leader for the ESG Investing online course of Columbia Business School offered by the Emeritus educational platform. He is member of the Responsible Investments Association of Canada, Advisory Board Member of the Hellenic Observatory of Corporate Governance and founder of the “ESG Investing Society”. Panos lived and worked in the Middle East, Europe & N. America.

Dr. Andreas Koeberl is CEO of BetGames, one of the world's leading live dealer suppliers headquartered in Vilnius. Andreas built up HPYBET (Playtech’s B2C sportsbook) in Germany and Austria as the CEO before joining BetGames. With 15 years of experience across aerospace, Microsoft and iGaming companies, he has extensive experience in high-technology software products and highly international, competitive environments. He conducted extensive research on high technology diffusion and acceptance which he published in various academic papers. Andreas has made several angel investments in tech startups.
